目的探讨壶腹部肿瘤的诊治方法。方法回顾分析4例壶腹部肿瘤合并胆管结石被误诊误治及我院正确的诊治经过。结果4例被误诊的患者在我院得到正确的诊治。结论壶腹部肿瘤伴胆管扩张患者需综合应用多种检查手段,才能避免误诊。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of ampullary tumors. Methods Retrospective analysis of 4 cases of ampullary tumor with bile duct stones was misdiagnosed and correct treatment in our hospital. Results 4 patients were misdiagnosed in our hospital get the correct diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion ampullary tumor with bile duct dilatation need comprehensive application of a variety of tests in order to avoid misdiagnosis.
