2011年1月29日,《中共中央国务院关于加快水利改革发展的决定》的中央一号文件正式颁布,这是新中国成立62年来中共中央首次系统部署水利改革发展全面工作。
On January 29, 2011, the document No. 1 of the Central Government issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Accelerating the Reform and Development of Water Conservancy was formally promulgated. This is the first time that the CPC Central Committee has systematically deployed the first comprehensive deployment of water conservancy reform since it was established 62 years ago.
