整流罩的纵向连接和解锁系统采用了一套全新的拉杆—锁钩机械系统。系统中32把锁用36根拉杆连接形成串联系统,在0.02s、最大位移30mm范围内同步解锁半罩分离。通过工艺攻关制定了纵向解锁装配协调方案,解决了整流罩64件锁接头、32把锁、44个导向销的协调加工与装配难题;制定了32把锁同步解锁调整方案和工艺方法。用可靠的工艺措施保证了整流罩的同步解锁。
Longitudinal connection and unlocking of the cowl adopts a new tie rod-locking mechanism. In the system, 32 locks are connected by a series of 36 tie rods to form a series system, and the half-caps are separated synchronously in a range of 0.02 s and a maximum displacement of 30 mm.
