转子一轴承系统中油膜力的非线性对系统稳定性有重要影响.本文基于一刚性转子-轴承系统模型,用打靶法求解了系统的同步周期解、亚谐解;利用数值积分方法和Floquet理论,对系统随转速和偏心率等参数变化的各种分岔情况进行了分析研究.给出了轴承油膜力的非线性对转子一轴承系统失稳的部分影响规律,可为大型旋转机械的安全稳定运行提供参考.
The nonlinearity of the oil film force in the rotor-bearing system has an important influence on the stability of the system. In this paper, based on a rigid rotor-bearing system model, the synchronous periodic solution and sub-harmonic solution of the system are solved by the shooting-target method. The bifurcations of the system with parameters such as rotation speed and eccentricity are carried out by using numerical integration method and Floquet theory Analytical research. The influence of the non-linear bearing oil film force on the instability of a rotor-bearing system is given, which can provide a reference for the safe and stable operation of large rotating machinery.
