中国萝芙木已先后在广东、广西、海南岛、云南和贵州等地发现。经鉴定皆为RauwolfiaUertaiciat。(Lour)Bail。药理学的研究首先是广东萝芙木证明有显著的降压作用和镇静作用。继后报告的海南岛、广西、云南萝芙木的结果亦相似,但各地萝芙木的作用强度和特点有所不同。我们于1959年采集了贵州萝芙木,研究的结果表明亦具有显著的降压作用和镇静作用;并拟制成了全根丸剂供临床试用,观察50例患者近期疗效达90%以上。
China Roverwood has been found in Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan Island, Yunnan and Guizhou. It was identified as Rauwolfia Uertaiciat. (Lour) Bail. The pharmacological study first of all was that R. vitis from Guangdong proved to have significant antihypertensive and sedative effects. Subsequent reports on the results of Rauvolfia in Hainan Island, Guangxi, and Yunnan are also similar, but the intensity and characteristics of Rauflora are different in different regions. In 1959, we collected Guizhou Rauvolfia. The results of the study showed that it also has a significant antihypertensive effect and sedative effect; and we plan to make a whole root pill for clinical trials, and observe the efficacy of more than 90% in 50 patients.
