随着大学扩招政策的推行,高校毕业生就业问题凸显。高校毕业生的就业状况直接关系到高等教育及未来人才培养等问题,影响着全民素质的提高及我国经济的发展。本文以新闻传播类专业为例,通过分析大学生就业现状,结合新闻传播类专业毕业生就业状况的调查,分析社会对新闻人才的需求与该专业毕业生的就业状况,指出大学生就业存在的一系列问题,并针对这些问题提出一些建议和意见。
With the implementation of university enrollment policy, the employment of college graduates highlights. The employment status of college graduates is directly related to higher education and future personnel training and other issues, affecting the quality of the people and the economic development of our country. This article takes the journalism and communication specialty as an example. By analyzing the status quo of college graduates ’employment and combining with the survey on the employment status of journalism and communication specialty graduates, this paper analyzes the demand of social talents for journalism and the employment status of graduates, points out the existence of college graduates’ employment, Problems, and put forward some suggestions and opinions on these issues.
