随着改革开放的不断深入,社会的政治、经济、文化生活和人们的行为方式、思想观念都发生了深刻的变化,企业思想政治工作的环境、任务、内容对象等发生了根本的改变。发展趋势是新的、环境是新的、对象是新的,决定了思想政治工作的思路、方法必须创新。也就是说,在当前改革开放的新形势下,企业思想政治工作必须适应新形势的发展和变化,在继承优势的基础上,围绕企业改革发展的大局,努力求实、创新。
With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, profound changes have taken place in the political, economic, cultural life and people’s behavior patterns and ideologies and concepts. The environment, tasks, content targets of the ideological and political work in enterprises have undergone fundamental changes. The development trend is new, the environment is new, the object is new, and the thinking of ideological and political work is determined. The method must be innovated. In other words, under the current new situation of reform and opening up, the ideological and political work of enterprises must adapt to the development and changes of the new situation. On the basis of inheriting the advantages and taking the overall situation of the reform and development of enterprises into consideration, the ideological and political work of the enterprises must strive for truth-seeking and innovation.
