患者男,68岁,住院号38195。于1975年5月12日因右上颌窦囊肿入院,既往身体健康。检查:除血压160/100毫米汞柱外,无其它阳性发现。化验:血、尿、便常规正常,出血时间30秒.凝血时间1分,肝功正常。5月14日在局麻下行右上颌窦囊肿切除术,手术当天发生排尿困难,尿流呈点滴状,排尿时间延长,每次尿量不多。5月15日导尿一次700毫升,尿化验正常,次日下午,患者仍不能自解小便,行留置导尿,尿化验:黄色,微混,蛋白(+),白细胞4～
