随着我国步入老龄化社会,老年口腔疾病患病率和复杂程度大幅提高,老年人群口内病情复杂、疾病风险增加、伴有多种慢性疾病,社保、经济状况特殊,言语行动不便、复杂药物治疗情况等为口腔保健及临床治疗工作带来新挑战。因此,口腔疾病治疗时需要采用不同的理念和策略。本文将对老年人常见口腔疾病中的龋病、牙髓根尖周病和牙周病的治疗进展进行综述。
As China enters an aging society, the prevalence and complexity of oral diseases in the elderly have been significantly raised. The elderly people have complicated mouth conditions, increased risk of diseases, many chronic diseases, social security, special economic conditions, inconvenience of speech, complicated drugs Treatment for oral health and clinical treatment work brings new challenges. Therefore, the treatment of oral diseases need to adopt different ideas and strategies. This article reviews the common treatment of dental caries, apical periodontitis and periodontal disease in the elderly with common oral diseases.
