广东高校美术与设计教育专业委员会于2004年12月25、26日在番禺职业技术学院召开第三届学术年会,聚集广东省各主要高校的美术与设计专业负责人,探讨高校美术与设计课程的改革和发展。会上特邀华南师范大学高等教育研究所所长张敏强教授、中山大学传媒与设计学院传媒广告系主任杨小彦教授作学术报告,他们从各自的专业角度分析了广东高等教育发展形势,指出视觉时代高校艺术教育的发展方向。
