未成年人违法犯罪,作为犯罪领域的一种特殊情形,已经成为人们十分关注的社会问题。本文试从未成年人犯罪的现状及原因分析入手,着重论述在侦查监督工作中如何维护未成年人的合法权益,旨在寻求预防未成年人犯罪的有效途径。
Crimes committed by minors as a special case in the field of crime have become the social issues of great concern to people. This article starts with the analysis of the status quo and reasons of juvenile delinquency, and focuses on how to safeguard the lawful rights and interests of minors in investigation and supervision so as to seek effective ways to prevent juvenile delinquency.
