N-酰基去氢丙氨酸衍生物,最近被推荐为新型抗辐射剂。本研究用体外培养细胞在乏氧条件下检验了其防护效应。结果表明:在低浓度下化合物无防护作用;在高浓度时则显示一定的防护效应。作者认为如果进一步改善其化学结构,使之增加水溶性而又不增加毒性,则可能有更强的抗辐射的效应。
N-acyl alanine derivatives have recently been recommended as novel anti-radiation agents. In this study, cultured cells in vitro were tested for their protective effects under hypoxic conditions. The results showed that the compounds showed no protective effect at low concentrations and showed some protective effect at high concentrations. The authors believe that if the chemical structure is further improved to increase water solubility without increasing toxicity, there may be a stronger anti-radiation effect.
