参照G.169、G.703、G.711、G.723、G.811等国际通信标准和中国电子行业标准SJ/T11180-1998、SJ11295-2003等,深入分析了音频信号在数字阶段的特性,提出了改进的音频电平算法。以音频信号的功率为出发点,根据绝对功率电平的定义进行算法研究,对算法进行了理论分析,设计仿真实验平台,证明该算法具有失真小、准确性高、实时性强的特点,并仿真验证了其优越性。
