目的:建立同时测定鱼腥草注射液中甲基正壬酮、4-萜烯醇、α-萜品醇含量的气相色谱方法。方法:色谱柱为VF-5m s毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm),载气为氦气,进样口和检测器温度为250℃;采用程序升温,内标法测定样品中3种成分的含量。结果:甲基正壬酮、4-萜烯醇以及α-萜品醇分别在5~85μg/mL(r1=0.9993)、10~135μg/mL(r2=0.9994)和10~180μg/mL(r3=0.9995)范围内呈良好线性关系;平均加样回收率分别为100.3%、98.7%、99.4%,RSD分别为2.7%、3.0%、2.5%。结论:该方法结果准确、灵敏度高,可用于鱼腥草注射液的定性定量分析。
Objective: To establish a gas chromatographic method for simultaneous determination of n-nonyl ketone, 4-terpene alcohol and α-terpineol in Houttuynia Cordata injection. Methods: The column was VF-5m s capillary column (30 m × 0.25 mm, 0.25 μm), the carrier gas was helium, the inlet and detector temperature was 250 ℃.
