随着食品工业的迅猛发展,带动着相对应的食品添加剂工业大步向前。我国的食品添加剂正处于快速增长的青年时期,年增长率达到20%左右,这有力的证明我国的食品添加剂工业有着惊人的发展潜力。食品添加剂工业的发展壮大代表着现代食品工业的崛起,伴着生活水平的提高和消费者营养健康意识的增强,社会各界人士将更多的目光放在了食品添加的身上。本文先简单介绍一下食品添加剂概况,对比分析人工合成添加剂和天然食品添加剂,再综合阐述水果饮料添加剂市场的发展现状和趋势。
With the rapid development of the food industry, the corresponding food additives industry has taken the stride forward. China’s food additives are in a period of rapid growth in youth, with an annual growth rate of about 20%, which proves that our country’s food additive industry has an amazing potential for development. The development and expansion of the food additive industry represents the rise of the modern food industry. Accompanied by the improvement of living standards and consumer awareness of nutrition and health, people from all walks of life will pay more attention to food additives. This article briefly introduces the general situation of food additives, comparative analysis of synthetic additives and natural food additives, and then comprehensively elaborated the fruit drink additive market development status and trends.
