1 撕裂现象分析橡胶减振器是振动压路机的减振元件,但有的使用2～3个月,就发现撕裂现象,主要原因有: (1) 振动轮框架通过橡胶减振器悬挂在振动轮上,在振动轮框架质量的作用下,橡胶减振器处于剪切状态。尤其是振动压路机在长期存放不用情况下,若不采取措施,橡胶减振器在剪力作用下,更容易造成撕裂现象。(2) 橡胶减振器的质量不好、老化或使用
