农业经济、工业经济社会形态之后,如今的社会已经逐渐迈入基于知识信息生产、分配、使用的知识经济时代,以知识价值为原动力促进经济提高、生产力发展。在这一大环境中,少数民族劳动经济作为一种独特知识经济出现在大众视野中。虽然这一经济方式在一定程度上为少数民族人们创造了十分可观的经济利益,但是其中仍旧存在许多问题亟待解决。笔者将由经济大环境出发,联系具体劳动经济形势,多角度探讨分析少数民族劳动经济在知识经济时代的健康发展。
After the agricultural economy and industrial economy and social form, the society nowadays has gradually entered the era of knowledge-based economy based on the production, distribution and use of knowledge and information. With the knowledge value as the driving force, the economy is promoted and the productive forces develop. In this environment, the labor economy of ethnic minorities appears as a unique knowledge economy in the public field of vision. Although this economic method has created considerable economic benefits for ethnic minorities to some extent, many problems still remain to be solved. The author will proceed from the economic environment, contact with the specific labor and economic situation, and analyze and analyze the healthy development of the labor economy of ethnic minorities in the era of knowledge economy from a multi-angle perspective.
