我市现有锅炉已近700台。其中占一半以上的是热水采暖锅炉,汽改水炉又占2/3以上。在运行中,对于后管板高温区胀口(或封焊后焊口)渗漏的情况,时有发生,此部位产生管板裂纹的也出现多台。据不完全统计:此部位曾发生渗漏的锅炉占汽改水炉的1/2。因管板裂纹而挖补整个后管板高温区的有10台,更换后管板的有2台,局部挖补后管板高温区
