临床资料患者,男,38岁。主因左足背结节4年,于2012年3月就诊。患者4年前偶然发现左侧足背外侧缘出现一暗红色米粒大小的丘疹,无明显自觉症状,未予重视及诊治。此后丘疹逐渐缓慢增大,颜色较前略加深,表面粗糙,1周前患者不慎搔抓致出血,遂就诊于我科。否认皮损处有外伤史。既往体健,家族中无类似疾病患者。体格检查:系统检查未见异常,全身浅表淋巴结未触及增大。皮肤科检查:左足背外侧缘可见一直
