党的十六大郑重提出,坚持用马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论武装全党,在全党兴起一个学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想新高潮。这是党中央用党的最新理论成果武装全党,教育人民,推动党的事业继往开来、与时俱进的战略举措。为贯彻落实这一战略任务,根据《中共中央关于在全党兴起学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想新高潮的通知》(中发[2003]8号,以下简称《通知》)精神,现就教育战线兴起学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想新高潮的有关问题通知如下:
The 16th CPC National Congress has solemnly put forward that armed with Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory argues that the whole party should emerge a new upsurge of studying and implementing the important thinking of the ’Three Represents.’ This is a strategic move by the party Central Committee to arm the entire party with the latest theoretical achievements made by the party, educate the people, and promote the cause of the party going forward and keeping pace with the times. In order to implement this strategic task and in accordance with the spirit of the “Notice of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Government on Raising a Learning Accomplishment through the Party,” the “Notice on the New Tide of the Three Representatives” and the “Important Thought of the CPC” (Zhong Fa [2003] No. 8, hereinafter referred to as the “Circular” We hereby notify you of the following issues concerning the rise of the education front regarding the study and implementation of the new upsurge of the important thinking of the ’Three Represents.’
