中介组织容易成为交易双方共同寻租的对象。在当前反腐斗争中,对中介组织进行严格监管,已成为一项不可回避的紧迫任务 6月9日至10日,全国各省(区、市)纪检监察机关、13个中央国家机关部委纪检组(纪委)监察局和有关业务司局负责人齐聚厦门,共商中介组织腐败防治对策。据了解,在这次国家预防腐败局和国务院纠风办召开的全国中介组织防治腐败座谈会上,福建省、湖北省、广东省、重庆市、司法部、财政部、工商总局等7省市(部门)介绍了开展中介组织防治腐败的做法。

From June 9 to June 10, the discipline inspection and supervision authorities of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country, the discipline inspection teams of 13 central state organs and ministries (the " Commission for Discipline Inspection) and the relevant business department heads gathered in Xiamen, a total of intermediary organizations, corruption prevention and control measures. It is understood that at the forum on prevention and control of corruption organized by the National Bureau of Corruption Prevention and the State Department’s Office for Correcting Organizations, Fujian Province, Hubei Province, Guangdong Province, Chongqing Municipality, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, Department) introduced the practice of conducting intermediary organizations to prevent and control corruption.
