目的对某医院医学影像中心项目职业病危害放射防护及其控制效果进行分析与评价,以保障放射工作人员、患者或受检者和周围公众的职业健康与安全。方法采用放射卫生学调查、辐射水平检测、个人剂量监测、职业健康检查、统计学分析等方法,对放射机房屏蔽设施放射防护控制效果、设备安全装置、辐射检测水平、放射设备质量控制检测及放射卫生管理等进行分析与评价。结果该医院医学影像中心放射防护设施和放射卫生管理措施基本符合国家相关标准要求。放射机房外辐射水平检测结果范围在0.13~0.17μSv/h。放射工作人员个人剂量监测年有效剂量在0.10~1.92 mSv之间,2016年人均年有效剂量较2015年有所升高(t=-2.27,P<0.05)。放射设备质量控制检测结果符合相关标准。放射机房中为受检者配备的个人防护用品数量不能满足防护需要。结论该医院医学影像中心按要求整改后正常运行,能够保障放射工作人员、患者或受检者和周围公众的职业健康与安全。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the radiation protection and control effects of occupational hazards in a medical imaging center project in a hospital in order to protect the occupational health and safety of radiation workers, patients or subjects and the public around them. Methods Radiological hygiene research, radiation level testing, personal dose monitoring, occupational health examination and statistical analysis were used to evaluate the radiation protection and control effects, equipment safety devices, radiation detection level, radiation equipment quality control testing and radiation Health management analysis and evaluation. Results The hospital radiological protection facilities and radiation health management measures basically meet the requirements of relevant national standards. Radiation machine room radiation level detection results in the range of 0.13 ~ 0.17μSv / h. The annual effective dose of personal dose monitoring for radiation workers was between 0.10 and 1.92 mSv. The annual effective dose per capita in 2016 was higher than that in 2015 (t = -2.27, P <0.05). Radiation equipment quality control test results meet the relevant standards. Radiation room for the subjects with personal protective equipment can not meet the number of protective needs. Conclusion The medical imaging center of the hospital is functioning as required and rectified to ensure the occupational health and safety of radiation workers, patients or subjects and the public at large.
