在建筑项目施工过程中,施工组织和现场的布置标准管理是两项重要的任务,建筑施工项目的工作量大且工作复杂,加上很多危险源可能给施工人员安全和建筑质量带来想不到的危险。建筑施工通常要形成一套科学施工标准管理制度,这就需要及时准备施工材料和施工设备,合理布置施工现场。施工组织和现场管理布置工作及其相关问题是本文在分析的重点。
