企业关闭的两种主要形式是被吊销或撤销,前者是基于违法行为所致的行政处罚结果,后者则非因行政处罚所致,两者之间存在是否具有违法性的区别,这种区别对企业关闭后的法人资格存续具有重要法律意义。
The two main forms of business closure are revoked or revoked. The former is based on the result of administrative punishment resulting from the illegal act.
