我是北京百货大楼茶叶柜台的党员售货员。 1979年,我从内蒙古生产建设兵团回京,被百货大楼招工录取,成为著名劳动模范张秉贵师傅的徒弟。在糖果柜台良好环境的熏陶和师傅的教诲下,我学到师傅许多优秀品质和柜台服务艺术。1985年,我调到茶叶柜台。走时,师傅叮嘱我要干一行就干好一行。我暗下决心,也要像师傅一样在三尺柜台上干出精彩。记得刚到茶叶柜台时,一位顾客问我茶怎么泡就好喝,我说用开水泡后热着比较好喝。顾客听后礼貌地点了一下头扭身走了。我察觉到顾客对我的回答不满意,谁不知道用开水泡茶?就差人家说你还是张秉贵的徒弟呢。不
I am a member salesman at the tea counter at Beijing department store.
