本工作观察了幽门螺旋杆菌菌体超声粉碎提取物对大鼠胃粘膜细胞株ＲＧＭ１和人胃腺癌细胞株ＢＧＣ－８２３增殖 的影响。结果显示Ｈｐ提取物对两种细胞增殖的影响不一：在ＲＧＭ１细胞，Ｈｐ提取物作用使ＭＴＴ比色法ＯＤ值和 ３Ｈ一ＴｄＲ掺入值明显降低：在ＢＧＣ８２３细胞，Ｈｐ提取物作用使ＭＴＴ比色法ＯＤ值和３Ｈ一ＴｄＲ掺入值明显增高。表明 Ｈｐ提取物抑制大鼠胃粘膜细胞株增殖而促进入胃腺癌细胞株增殖。提示细胞的状态或种系与其对Ｈｐ作用的反应性 不同有关。
In this work, we observed the effect of the extract of H. pylori on the proliferation of rat gastric mucosal cell line RGM1 and human gastric adenocarcinoma cell line BGC-823. The results showed that the effect of Hp extract on the proliferation of the two cell lines was different: in RGM1 cells, the effect of Hp extract on MTT colorimetric OD value and 3H-TdR incorporation was significantly lower: in BGC823 cells, Hp extract caused MTT Colorimetric OD values and 3H-TdR incorporation values were significantly higher. It is indicated that Hp extract can inhibit the proliferation of gastric adenocarcinoma cell lines by inhibiting the proliferation of rat gastric mucosal cell lines. Suggesting that the state or germline of cells is related to their different reactivity to Hp action.
