“相信每位学生都有学好的愿望和潜质”是我们奉行的办学理念。美国著名学者福斯特指出:受训者在劳动市场中的就业机会和就业后的发展前景是职业教育发展的关键因素。除了必要的技能培养外,还必须注重学生文化素质、心理素质、道德素质以及专业理论基础等全方位培养,真正激发学生的潜能,为学生将来的成长提供强劲的潜力和后劲。
