和学生谈话,是班主任对班级、对学生进行管理的主要手段之一。几乎每位班主任都想通过谈话促使学生思想、行为得到转变。但动机和效果有时不能完全统一。俗语说:“口可吐莲花,也可生荆棘。”教师的“谆谆教导”若能打动人心,便可化作春风并带出向好的行动;反之,也可能被学生当做耳旁风甚至换来抗争。小学生注意力不集中,理解能力较弱,这就要求班主任讲究谈话艺术。那么,怎么来实现艺术性的谈话呢?一、做好谈话准备
Talk to the students is one of the main ways in which the class teacher manages classes and students. Almost every class teacher wants to promote students’ thoughts and behaviors through conversations. But motivation and effectiveness sometimes can not be completely unified. As the saying goes: “Spitting lotus flowers can also give birth to thorns.” Teacher’s “谆 谆 teaches that” if the heart is touched, it can be turned into a spring breeze and carry out a good move. Conversely, students may also be treated as Ear side wind even in the fight. Primary school students lack of concentration, understanding is weak, which requires the class teacher pay attention to the art of conversation. So, how to achieve artistic conversation? First, do a good job in conversation preparation
