In 1992 July, a special literary and art team walked into Daqing City, was invited to participate in the first festival of Daqing City. The team is the oldest 86 years old, the youngest only 8 years old. They are the fourth generation art troupes attached to China’s concern for the next generation of working committees and founded by an older generation of artists like Tian Hua and Zhao Ziyue. By coincidence, a U.S. jazz band led by a Chinese singer also came to Daqing.
