我们完全有信心有条件有能力战胜国际金融危机的挑战。我们的信心是建立在对国内外经济形势的正确判断和清醒认识的基础之上的;是建立在我国雄厚的经济实力和能力的基础之上的。最大的信心来自于党中央、国务院的正确领导。雨过天晴后应对金融资本市场和产业调整、升级以及区域发展等有关问题作一些战略性的思考。
We are fully confident that we can conditionally and affordably overcome the challenges of the international financial crisis. Our confidence is based on a correct judgment and a clear understanding of the economic situation at home and abroad; it is based on our country’s solid economic strength and capability. The greatest confidence comes from the correct leadership of the Party Central Committee and the State Council. After the storm, we should make some strategic considerations on such issues as the financial capital market, industrial restructuring, upgrading and regional development.
