[目的]评价SF-36量表在城市农民工生命质量(quality of life,QOL)测定中的效果。[方法]采用分层整群抽样方法,运用SF-36量表对522名贵阳市农民工的QOL进行测定。[结果]量表的分半信度为0.8067;内容一致性信度仅在GH、VT、SF、MH维度上较低,但仍高于最低接受值0.6;除GH外,其余条目的重测信度均大于0.70。结构效度的累积方差贡献率65.57%,且因子模型基本符合理论结构假设。[结论]SF-36量表用于城市农民工QOL测评有着较好的可行性、信度与效度,本次研究可为该量表在我国城市农民工中的使用提供初步的参考依据。
[Objective] To evaluate the effect of SF-36 scale in the measurement of quality of life (QOL) of urban migrant workers. [Methods] A stratified cluster sampling method was used to measure the QOL of 522 rural migrant workers in Guiyang by SF-36 scale. [Results] The split-half reliability of the scale was 0.8067; the consistency reliability of the content was only lower in the GH, VT, SF, and MH dimensions, but it was still higher than the lowest accepted value of 0.6; in addition to GH, the rest of the items were retested The reliability is greater than 0.70. The cumulative variance contribution rate of structural validity is 65.57%, and the factor model basically conforms to the assumption of theoretical structure. [Conclusion] The SF-36 scale has good feasibility, reliability and validity for QOL evaluation of urban migrant workers. This study can provide a preliminary reference for the use of this scale in urban migrant workers in China.
