目的:探讨硫氯酚与庆大霉素联用对粪肠球菌的抗菌活性。方法:11株粪肠球菌临床菌株于2018年1月至2019年12月收集自中南大学湘雅三医院住院患者,通过微量肉汤稀释法检测硫氯酚及庆大霉素对粪肠球菌的抗菌活性;通过微量棋盘稀释法检测硫氯酚与庆大霉素的联用效果;最后,选取亚抑菌浓度的硫氯酚及与庆大霉素分别单独及联合处理48 h后观察其持续抗菌效果。多组间计量资料比较采用单因素方差分析,多组中两两比较采用Tukey或Dunnett检验。结果:硫氯酚对粪肠球菌的最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度分别为2~4 mg/L和4~8 mg/L。硫氯酚与庆大霉素联用具有协同抑菌作用,其协同抑菌指数为0.313~0.375。硫氯酚与庆大霉素联用48 h能持续抑制粪肠球菌的增殖(n P<0.01)。硫氯酚能协同庆大霉素抑制粪肠球菌生物膜的形成及分散24 h已形成的生物膜(n P<0.05)。n 结论:硫氯酚与庆大霉素联用对粪肠球菌具有协同抑制作用,且抑菌效果可持续48 h以上。“,”Objective:To study the combined antibacterial effects of bithionol and gentamycin on n E. faecalis.n Methods:Eleven n E. faecalis clinical isolates from the patients were collected at the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from January 2018 to December 2019. The standard broth microdilution method was used to examine the antimicrobial effects of bithionol. The inhibitory concentration fraction between bithionol and gentamycin was determined by chessboard dilution method. Finally, by culturing for 48 hours, the sustained antimicrobial effects of bithionol and gentamycin at sub-minimal inhibitory concentrations used alone or in combination was determined. Statistical analysis between multiple groups was performed using one-way ANOVA, and the sub-groups were analyzed Tukey′s or Dunnett′s methods.n Results:The minimal inhibitory concentration and minimal bactericidal concentration of bithionol against n E. faecalis were 2-4 mg/L and 4-8 mg/L, respectively. There was a synergistic antimicrobial effect when bithionol and gentamycin were used together, and its fractional inhibitory concentration was 0.313-0.375. There was still a significant synergistic antimicrobial effect against n E. faecalis between bithionol and gentamycin even after cultured for 48 h(n P<0.01). Bithionol acted synergistically with gentamycin to inhibit biofilm formation and eradicate 24 h biofilm againstn E. faecalis(n P<0.05).n Conclusion:There is a continuous synergistic antimicrobial effect when bithionol and gentamycin are used together against n E. faecalis, even for 48 h.n
