目的:探讨综合护理在经皮内窥镜腰椎间盘切除术(PELD)治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理效果。方法:对46例行PELD治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,行常规护理为对照组(A组,n=22),行综合护理为观察组(B组,n=24),比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:术后随访6个月~1年,A组护理有效率为72.7%,B组护理有效率为95.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对PELD治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者采用综合护理能取得良好的护理效果,降低术后并发症,促进患者康复,在整个治疗过程中起着重要的作用。
Objective: To investigate the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy (PELD). Methods: Forty-six patients with lumbar disc herniation treated with PELD were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in routine care group A (n = 22) and general care group B (n = 24) Nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results: The follow-up was 6 months to 1 year. The effective rate of nursing in group A was 72.7% and that in group B was 95.8%. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing care for PELD patients with lumbar disc herniation can achieve good nursing effect, reduce postoperative complications and promote patient rehabilitation, which play an important role in the whole treatment process.
