武汉东湖新技术开发区(简称东湖开发区)自1988年筹建,1991年3月经国务院批准为国家级高新技术产业开发区以来,已取得了很大的进展。其发展速度、规模、经济效益和社会效益引人瞩目,现正向第二次创业时期迈进。 一、东湖开发区的发展现状 1、经济保持较高增长速度,以通信产业为主导的高新技术产业形成规模。 东湖开发区1995年实现科工贸总收入42亿元,比1990年增长14倍,年均增长速度为71.3％;创税收1.14亿元,比1990年增长28.3倍,年均增长速度
Wuhan East Lake New Technology Development Zone (East Lake Development Zone) was established in 1988. Since March 1991, it has been approved by the State Council as a national high-tech industrial development zone. Great progress has been made. Its development speed, scale, economic benefits and social benefits are attracting people’s attention. It is now moving toward the second venture. I. Development Status of Donghu Development Zone 1. The economy maintains a relatively high growth rate, and the scale of high-tech industries led by the communications industry is formed. East Lake Development Zone achieved a total revenue of 4.2 billion yuan in industry, industry and trade in 1995, 14 times more than in 1990, with an average annual growth rate of 71.3%; a tax revenue of 114 million yuan, an increase of 28.3 times over 1990, with an average annual growth rate.
