报道5例脑神经元移行异常,其中灰质异位4例,脑裂畸形1例,这组患者临床表现为癫痫和运动系统受损征,均由CT或MRI诊断。MRI为诊断神经元移行异常的最佳工具。
Reported 5 cases of neuronal dysplasia, including 4 cases of gray matter ectopic and 1 case of schizencephalic deformity, the clinical manifestations of this group of patients with epilepsy and motor system damage were diagnosed by CT or MRI. MRI is the best tool to diagnose neuronal migration abnormalities.
