我科从一九七五年三月开展应用超声治疗脑血管病偏瘫,总结坚持治疗的100例报道如下: 治疗方法1.治疗部位:根据病人的临床表现及体格检查,做出受损血管的定位诊断,于头部取相应脑血管的投影区予以治疗. 2.操作方法:治疗部位头发剪短,涂以定量的接触剂(如液体石腊等),然后将超声头放于相应部位,以1～2cm/秒之速度做划环式或直线往返式移动治疗.每次15～20分钟,每日一次,七次为一疗程.疗程间隔为三天,五个疗程为一大疗程.功率数,成人一般采用
