江苏在1996年召开的全省企业思想政治工作会议上提出,当前和今后一个时期企业思想政治工作的四项基本任务是:用科学理论教育职工,用企业精神凝聚职工,用职业道德规范职工,用健康文化陶冶职工。省里要求企业以中宣部、国家经贸委关于加强和改进企业思想政治工作的《若干意见》和十四届六中全会《决议》为指导,对企业精神文明建设和思想政治工作切实做到思想认识到位,组织领导到位,工作措施到位,物质保障到位,考核奖励到位,真正体现和落实“四用”。 日前,江苏省政研会向我们推荐了一组反映该省企业积极落实“四用”的经验,现编发于此,以供其他地方和企业了解、借鉴。

The province demanded that the enterprise take the “Proposals” of the Central Propaganda Department and the State Economic and Trade Commission on strengthening and improving the ideological and political work of the enterprises as well as the “Resolutions” of the 6th Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee, and effectively implement the construction of enterprise’s spiritual civilization and ideological and political work Thought in place, organizational leadership in place, work measures in place, material security in place, assessment reward in place, the true expression and implementation of the “four.” Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Political Science and Law recommended to us a group of companies that reflect the active implementation of the “four” experience, is now compiled here, for other places and businesses to understand and learn from.
