本文测定并比较了107例临床确诊为冠心病患者与95例健康对照组的载脂蛋白 E 表型分布和血脂水平。结果为冠心病组 E4/3表型和ε_4基因频率明显高于对照组;具不同等位基因人群的 TC 和 LDLch 平均水平,ε_4最高,ε_3居中,ε_2最低.提示ε_4基因可能是高胆固醇血症和冠心病的遗传易患因子。
This article measured and compared 107 cases of clinically diagnosed patients with coronary heart disease and 95 cases of healthy control group apolipoprotein E phenotype distribution and blood lipid levels.
