2006年3月娄底市中心血站再传捷报——荣获湖南省2005年的“血液质量室间质评全优”称号,而这种荣誉已持续八个年头了。据了解,娄底市中心血站丛早几年前起无偿献血占临床用血就一直是100%,且其成分制备和使用率也达到了96%以上,在湖南省名列前茅。2004年在“2001-2003年全国无偿献血表彰大会”上被评为无偿献血先进城市。作为一个从事无偿献血宣传的工作者,我很想知道娄底市的无偿献血工作是如何取得骄人成绩的。并且我一直在想,娄底市中心血站的当家人在谈起血站的工作时一定会如一代伟人“指点江山”般豪放,可没想到的是程建中站长却平静地表示,娄底地区的无偿献血工作之所以做得好,与冷水江市是分不开的。于是我决定前往。——记者手记
