基层事业单位是中国特色社会主义假设中的重要部分,在处理实际事务、加强党群关系、服务广大群众上发挥了重要作用。基层事业单位的工会组织作为基层事业单位的重要组成,在服务职工、联系党群、团结组织等方面有着无法比拟的效用。本文在分析基层事业单位工会组织现状的基础上探讨基层事业单位中工会发挥的作用。
The grass-roots public institutions are an important part of the socialist assumption with Chinese characteristics and play an important role in handling actual affairs, strengthening the relations between the party and masses, and serving the broad masses of the people. As an important component of grass-roots public institutions, trade union organizations at grass-roots public institutions have unparalleled utility in serving workers, contacting the Party and the masses, and solidifying the organization. Based on the analysis of the current situation of trade union organizations in grass-roots public institutions, this article explores the role that trade unions play in the grass-roots public institutions.
