十八届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》(简称《决定》),在党和国家历史上具有里程碑的意义。《决定》是全面推进我国依法治国的总纲,《决定》在社会主义法治理论方面有一系列重要创新,为中国特色社会主义理论体系增添了新的内涵。《决定》是全面建成小康社会和全面深化改革以及实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的根本保证。
The “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Some Important Issues in Ruling the Country by Law” (“Decision”), passed at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, has a milestone in the history of the party and the country. “Decision” is the general outline for comprehensively pushing our country to rule the country by law. “Decision” has a series of important innovations in the theory of the socialist legal system and has added new meaning to the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. “Decisions” are the fundamental guarantee for building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects, comprehensively deepening the reform and realizing the great dream of rejuvenating the Chinese nation.
