患者,女,27岁。发现下腹部膨胀、腹痛腹憋一个月,消瘦明显,来医院就诊。体格检查:腹部膨隆、盆腔包块平脐,质硬不活动,压痛(+),移动性浊音(+)。 手术所见:子宫约8×7厘米,前壁有6×6厘米红色变性。右侧卵巢肿瘤占满腹腔与肠大网膜粘连,已破溃,约14×8厘米,呈葫芦状。左侧卵巢囊性畸胎瘤。
Patient, female, 27 years old. Found that the lower abdomen dilation, abdomen, abdominal pain hold a month, wasting significantly, to the hospital. Physical examination: bulging abdomen, pelvic mass navel, hard inactivity, tenderness (+), dullness of mobility (+). Surgical findings: about 8 × 7 cm uterus, anterior 6 × 6 cm red degeneration. The right ovarian tumor is full of abdominal and intestinal omentum adhesion, has been ruptured, about 14 × 8 cm, was gourd-like. Left ovarian cystic teratoma.
