21世纪以来,特别是信息时代的到来,一方面当代高职学校的大学生掌握的信息越来越多,但另一方面由于学习能力和社会经验的缺失使得高职学校的大学生出现了身心发展滞后。本文旨在分析高职院校大学生的特点和存在的不足,并通过人本主义的教育理念关怀学生培养学生各方面的能力,进而为社会主义现代化建设输送高素质的人才。
Since the 21st century, especially in the information era, on the one hand, more and more information is available to undergraduates in vocational vocational schools. On the other hand, due to the lack of learning ability and social experience, the undergraduates in vocational colleges lag behind in physical and mental development . The purpose of this paper is to analyze the characteristics and existing problems of undergraduates in higher vocational colleges. At the same time, through humanistic education, students should be concerned about the ability of students to cultivate students in all aspects, and then to deliver high-quality talents for the socialist modernization.
