随着社会的发展,突发事件也日益增多,突发事件所造成的意外伤害严重危害着人们的健康与生活。本文简述了突发事件的定义、意外伤害的特点及预防所面临的问题,同时,提出意外伤害的预防措施:加强知识储备和技能训练、提高心理素质;意外伤害所致残疾的预防措施:加强教育、提高心理素质、注意突发事件意外发生的特点。
