为研究火电站空冷岛风机桥架振动机理,解决桁架式风机桥架因连接不当而产生的振动问题,针对风机桥架抗振设计中盲目使用钢结构设计观点的现状,利用有限元分析方法,计算分析了栓接和焊接两种不同连接方式安装的风机桥架的动力特性,对比了两种连接方式的风机桥架的抗振性能.结果表明,采用焊接方式安装的风机桥架的整体刚度明显大于栓接方式的风机桥架,焊接方式安装的风机桥架的整体抗振性能也优于栓接方式的风机桥架.同时还指出,桁架式风机桥架与下部结构采用栓接的方式连接也是影响风机桥架整体刚度的原因之一.因此,采用比栓接方式更牢固的焊接方式安装桁架式风机桥架,是减小桁架式风机桥架振动的重要措施.,In order to study the vibration mechanism of fan bridge girder for air cooling island in thermal power plant,solve the truss type fan bridge girder vibration problem caused by improper connection,in view of the design of antivibration of bridge girder blind use of steel structure design viewpoint of the status quo,the finite element method is used to calculate and analyze the bolted and welded two different connection ways of fan bridge grider’s dynamic characteristics,and to compare the two connection ways of fan bridge girders’ anti-vibration performances.The results show that the stiffness of fan bridge girder with welding way is greater than one with bolted way.The whole anti-vibration performance of fan bridge with welding way is also better than that one with bolted way.It is also pointed out that fan bridge girder and the lower structure with bolted connections,it is also one of the reasons influencing fan bridge overall stiffness.Therefore,the installation of truss type fan bridge with welding way,is an important measure to reduce the bridge girder vibration of the fan.
