北京市新提拔任职的委任制党政领导干部,包括通过公开选拔、竞争上岗任职的领导干部,今后在正式任命之前将实行试用期制,以最大限度地避免和减少用人失察失误,进一步大力推进北京市干部能上能下的干部人事制度改革。
