劳动关系是指劳动者与用人单位(包括各类企业、个体工商户、事业单位等)在实现劳动过程中建立的社会经济关系。建立稳定和谐的劳动关系,是构建和谐企业的重要组成部分和一项基础工作,也是新形势下工会工作的重要任务。工会组织履行基本职责的持续维权过程,说到底就是不断化解劳动关系矛盾的持续过程,以协调劳动关系为入手点、着力点,来化解员工切身利益的诸多矛盾,不断推动劳动关系和谐稳定与良性发展,充分调动广大员工的积极性、主动性和创造性,推动企业和谐、健康发展。
