制度环境是众创空间发展的关键因素。本文根据相关文献和中国实践经验对各地发展众创空间的制度环境进行了分析,并在此基础上,提出了相应的制度创新的解决措施:创新地方政府职能部门的管理模式、完善创新体系的法律法规和重构公民创新文化教育与认同。
Institutional environment is a key factor in creating a space for development. Based on the relevant literature and practical experience in China, this paper analyzes the institutional environment for the development of public-owned space in various places and on this basis, puts forward corresponding solutions to institutional innovation: innovating the management mode of local government functional departments and improving the innovation system Laws and Regulations and Reconstruction of Civil Innovative Culture Education and Identity.
