成人高等教育改革能否顺利实施与稳步推进,教师起着至关重要的作用,建立高素质专业化的教师队伍才能稳定地推进成人教育课程改革,构建高效课堂,以生为本,让学生的个性得到张扬,培养创新型人才,提高学生的综合素质,培养社会所需人才。为此,以成人高校教学管理改革为背景,对教师的专业化发展途径进行探讨。
