位于市境中部闽江主源流沙溪中游的三明市区,中心区域约为30平方公里。潺潺沙溪水宛如一条玉带穿城而过,自西南朝东北流向闽江。市区周围群山耸峙,东南部以普禅山、莲花顶为最高,海拔皆达1500米以上。沿其山脉向两翼延伸的尚有真人岐、炉长甲、双髻山、虎头山以及北部的大佑山、金满峡等数座千米以上山峰,层峦竞秀、黛色参天。
Located in the central city of Minjiang River source Shahe middle reaches of Sanming City, the central area of about 30 square kilometers. Murmur Shaxi water like a jade belt through the city, from the southwest toward the Minjiang River northeast. The mountains around the urban areas stand up to the southeastern Pu Shan, the top of the lotus, up to 1500 meters above sea level. Along the mountains to extend the wings there are still live Qi, furnace length of a, Shuangjiu Mountain, Hutoushan and the northern Youyushan, Jin Man Gap and other mountain peaks of several thousand meters, Cengluanjingxiu, Dai color towering.
